WHERE IS MY ORDER?
At the time of your order, a tracking number would have been supplied in the shipping confirmation. Any of our client specialists will be happy to assist you with tracking your recent order. Please send an email to email@example.com
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may change or cancel your order at anytime before the order has shipped. After receiving a shipment confirmation, you will need to contact us for a return label, all products must be unopened to receive a full refund.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASE?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Kay Alexander Cosmetics purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will remit your account for the full purchase amount or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Please note that gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
